
Our dinner-only restaurant set in a grove of palash trees
We serve a seven-course degustation menu rich with ingredients plucked fresh out of our garden, just 10 feet away and produce from organic farms in the neighbourhood. Chef Amninder Sandhu’s women-led team cooks over open fire, in underground barbecue pits, on chulhas and sigris, in cast iron, bamboo and stone; slowly and enthusiastically, till each flavour is exactly as it should be.

Chef Amninder Sandhu crafts each menu with seasonal produce, changing as the scenery around Tipeshwar does throughout the year. The food draws from regional cuisine across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh, with a twist that’s inimitably Palaash. Each course is paired with wine and cocktails designed by the legendary Tim Etherington-Jugde, who champions planet-positive spirits globally.
We accept reservations for Palaash up to 24 hours in advance for our patrons staying at Tipai. For diners who are not staying with us, reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.
